COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT

I have read and understand the Flashback, Classic Car Show information and guidelines. I agree to abide by the rules as stated. I further understand the Glendora Kiwanis Club, Glendora Chamber of Commerce and the City of Glendora are not responsible for or liable for damages including but not limited to, loss suffered before, during and after the Flashback, Classic Car Show or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials. I understand that I am liable for securing my own insurance. In consideration of inclusion as a participant in the Flashback, Classic Car Show, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Glendora Kiwanis Club, Glendora Chamber of Commerce, City of Glendora, its members, agents, employees, volunteers, from and against all liability of loss that the participant and/or participant’s guest, including family and relatives, may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments arising from participant’s involvement in Flashback, Classic Car Show. No refunds or rain checks.
