2024 Glendora Christmas Parade

Single Participant and/or Group Information

Anyone under the age of 18 must have this application completed by the Individual or group leader who is responsible for their safety. Please write the name of the band, marching unit, or any other group title in the “Participant or Group” line. All groups must apply by Individual group name/number, and their leader must sign the application for it to be valid.

Entry Fee Information

$40.00 fee for the first space for each individual group (i.e., Scout Pack, Cub Pack, individual sports team). $15.00 more for each additional space. Total entry for each space must be at most 40 feet (2 vehicles or 50 marchers). Just so you know, an additional fee will be charged the day of the event for groups larger than they previously signed up for. An entry fee must accompany this application to be valid.

Entry Guidelines

All entries are subject to the approval of the Christmas Parade Committee. The parade lineup is based on the date the application is received. Please go to our Line-Up Page to find out your acceptance and position in the parade. Formatting of the parade will be completed the week of December 1, 2024. Only one Santa Claus will be selected by the Parade Committee to participate in the parade.

Cancellation of Parade

If the parade is canceled due to the weather, there will be no makeup date and no refund. This decision will be made for the safety of all.

In making this entry as a participant in the 2024 Christmas Parade, I hereby release any and all persons connected with the 2024 Glendora Christmas Parade Committee, Glendora Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Glendora from any responsibility. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Glendora Christmas Parade Committee, Glendora Chamber of Commerce, and/or the City of Glendora against any legal proceedings for personal injury or property damage arising from any accident or cause whatsoever.
